Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (UK and Intl.) is £3.99 for orders up to £100. Orders over £100 include free shipping.

Due to the custom paper stock and the hand-printed nature of the products, Shipping can take up to 10-14 days. You will receive confirmation of your order and updates on the delivery progress.

100% Recyclable and Sustainable Packaging

Prints are delivered in our 100% recyclable, sustainable and premium postal tubes. Made from kraft paper, manufactured almost entirely with recovered and reused resources, our packaging is strong, durable and sustainable giving maximum protection for your print.

Where we Ship

We ship our products to the majority of destinations worldwide. If your country isn’t listed on our 'Worldwide Shipping' list please contact us at webuilttheworld@better.agency and we'll do our best to facilitate your order.

Tracking your orders

Based on the nature of the products and the individual printing process, we aim to dispatch your orders within 2-3 working days of the order being placed. We will supply you with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order at any time. All orders ship directly from our studio in Teesside. If your parcel cannot be delivered for any reason we can arrange for redelivery or refund, Please be aware we will charge you for handling and shipping for redeliveries.

Shipping Taxes

Shipping is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches its destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers outside the UK are exempt from UK value-added tax when shopping on our site. Prices are shown for UK and tax-free checkout.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and it is in undamaged and sellable condition. Products purchased as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser; alternatively we can provide credit to the gift recipient in the form of a discount code. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returning items to us, or refund the original postage cost. For international returns we will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items.

We will aim to process your return as soon as it arrives, although it can take up to a week for us to process a return during busy periods. During these periods it’s not possible to confirm receipt of your package prior to being processed. You can always contact us for any return questions at webuilttheworld@better.agency

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
